Accommodation

The house has 3 double letting rooms, all on the first floor - one with a double bed and the other two with twin singles. The double bedded room is en-suite with a full bathroom (3 piece suite), complete with shower. The twin rooms have an en-suite shower and WC each. We use cotton bedlinen and towels.

The first floor double bedroom and ground floor breakfast room look out onto a pretty garden with views of Naphill Ridge, part of an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) and the Chiltern Hills. The 2 twin bedded rooms look out over the rear gardens, where there are fruit trees, flower beds, lawns and mature lilac, silver birch, pine and beech trees.

The large guest sitting room, at the rear of the building and with views of, and access, to the main garden, is equipped with a TV/DVD, a library of books, magazines, DVDs, games and puzzles. A fireplace and cosy floor rugs add warmth and glow for winter evenings. Guests are welcome to use the gardens, both front and rear, should they wish.

There is off-street parking for 3 vehicles and, if requested, a garage space can be provided for one car.

Emergency lighting and mains smoke alarm have been installed for guest‘s safety and security.

Our cleaning products and laundry supplies are all eco-friendly products. Our gardens are sustained with compost made from recycled waste and all our bottles, cans, plastics, papers, garden and food waste is re-cycled.

The house is non-smoking throughout.

We reserve the right to ask you to send a deposit, or provide your credit/debit card number, when you make a booking. In the event that you cancel your booking or fail to arrive without notice, and the room is not re-let, we also reserve the right to keep your deposit or make a charge against your credit/debit card.
